Key job responsibilities The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to lead not only at the strategic level, but also tactically day-to-day by diving deeply into business and technical domains. This role will have high level visibility due to the nature of the program. You will need strong writing and communication skills to senior VPs. - Creating and implementing data driven strategies across supply chain, tech, delivery, and under the roof operations to support the overall program. - Present in regular Director/VP reviews to provide updates on critical work streams - Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally across multiple teams in operations, technology and planning to define strategic roadmaps while keeping the impact of the solution to all stakeholders in mind - Driving and creating launch timelines, along with communication across all stakeholders on risk, status, and mitigation strategies. - Determine metrics needed for the program, along with a roadmap needed to scale.
