The Channel Manager OOH is primarily responsible for developing and implementing the sales strategy within the "On the Move" channel (e.g., convenience stores, gas stations, and railways). This channel accounts for over 25% of Red Bull Netherlands sales. It is also a management role (with three direct reports). You develop customer and channel strategies and, together with your team, lead the implementation of the commercial strategy for customers (including Shell, BP, Lekkerland, Circle K, Spar, AH to Go, NS Retail). You continuously monitor your volume and profitability targets and adjust your plans as needed. You discuss annual targets with your client and maintain constant contact with both the client and the market. You'll be able to maintain and strengthen customer relationships. You'll build strong cross-functional relationships within the convenience channel team, including the Category Development Manager, Field Sales Manager, Shopper Marketing Manager, and Finance Controller. You'll also work closely with the international team at head office.
