The Role: Regional Payroll Solutions Manager
As a key member of our Global Payroll Solutions team, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of payroll solutions across your region. Reporting to the Global Payroll Solutions Manager, you will partner with country teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of our global payroll transformation agenda.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading country payroll implementations as part of our broader Global Payroll Strategy globally
Driving cross-functional payroll projects with stakeholders in HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, and external vendors
Acting as the go-to expert for payroll platforms and processes in European region
Championing consistent, future-ready payroll solutions that reflect Shell’s commitment to operational excellence
Applying LEAN principles and change management strategies to streamline and enhance payroll operations
Contributing to a collaborative and high-performing global team culture
Demonstrating strong project management experience to lead and coordinate multiple initiatives effectively.
