What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):
Drive partner strategy and deal execution across payments infrastructure in the US and Canada — including BaaS, PSPs, real-time payments, and stablecoin-native flows.
Serve as a core team member on Coinbase for Business, helping shape distribution, payment rail coverage, and bank partner strategy.
Identify and execute strategic partnerships that unlock Canadian market expansion across both Retail and stablecoin product lines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Legal, Compliance, Policy) to scope opportunities, structure partnerships, and launch them effectively.
Bring a structured lens to ambiguous spaces: map partner ecosystems, frame tradeoffs, and build the case for how Coinbase should grow in-market.
Monitor trends across fintech, payments, and crypto infrastructure — and proactively surface opportunities Coinbase should be pursuing.
Operate like an owner: move fast, influence internally, and act as the connective tissue across product and market strategy.
