What you’ll be doing... You'll inspire a sales team and create exceptional customer experiences in one of our retail stores. In this role, you’ll help inspire store teams and develop the best sales specialists by driving sales targets to financials and store merchandising. You’ll create a superior in-store experience that will make customers feel good about our brand and solutions—and help them to choose our wireless products and services. Leading your team by resolving customer issues and assisting with customer transactions. Inspiring, training, and coaching your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Identifying selling skill gaps, then creating and implementing development plans to help meet and exceed individual sales metrics and assigned quotas. Leading store operations (i.e., analyzing staffing needs, reporting financial and sales data, managing cash, meeting compliance requirements, and opening trouble tickets with Facilities/Network/IT as needed to ensure store up-time and functionality). Monitoring inventory by restocking shelves with product, maintaining device security and managing store cleanliness. Managing store merchandising and planogram compliance in accordance with company expectations. Completing store opening and closing activities.
