The US SI Head of Sales Excellence and Enablement provides strategic leadership and oversight for the Sales Excellence function. This position is accountable for enhancing sales effectiveness and overall performance through the development and execution of strategies, programs, and tools designed to optimize the sales process. The role also promotes the integration of digital technologies and data-driven methodologies, ensuring that the sales organization is well-prepared to achieve results that support organizational growth and profitability. This role is ideal for a change agent with deep sales process expertise and the vision to lead large-scale transformation in a complex, fast-paced environment.
